1. What makes IFC Advisory different
from
....other advisors?
- Commitment:
IFC is committed to increasing the quality of life
and peace of mind of every client those who are retired
or about to retire.
- Expertise:
We have five decades of combined experience in private investment
management and personal financial planning. Our focus has
always been, and continues to remain, exclusively on the
needs of baby boomers. This is where our expertise lies.
- Personal
Attention: We provide more personal attention and cater
better to personal needs than larger corporations.
- Real
Relationships: We forge close relationships with our
clients and as a result, come to understand their needs
and desires.
- We
are not Brokers: A broker is a person you go to when
you want to either buy or sell a security. He makes his
money through such trades, and often times, loses interest
in his clients once the transaction is complete. At IFC,
we make our money from a percentage of the assets we are
managing. As a result, it is in our best interests to see
the amount grow. It is very important to us to maintain
our relationship with our clients and play an essential
role in the facilitation of their financial goals.
2.
What are your minimum requirements
for accepting new clients?
We work hard to maintain an excellence of service
that we feel our clients, both new and existing, deserve.
To ensure this, we have a few requirements:
- A
minimum portfolio of $250,000 of liquid assets to be managed
by IFC Advisory.
- For
financial planning, initial fees for comprehensive services
range from $1,500 to $7,500; higher fees may apply in
more complex cases. A 50% deposit is required upon the
start of work.
Our ideal client is a retiree, or someone close
to retiring, who is looking for an expert when it comes to
handling financial concerns.

California?

number for your convenience:1-800-632-2463.
4. How often do you reevaluate my plan/investments
and what type
....of communication can I expect
from you?

to each client. This is a quick and
easy-to-read booklet that summarizes the portfolios
performance over the last quarter, the year-to-date, and since
inception. Also, the booklet provides information on your
